• 24/7 Monitoring (staff are informed of critical faults within 3 minutes)

Our servers are based at BlueSquareData, Berkshire, United Kingdom. The facility offers the following features.

• Facility secured with full perimeter fence and barrier with anti-tailgate system
• 24/7 on-site personnel
• Temperature kept at 21 degrees +/- 2
• CCU (Close Control Unit) under-floor cooling with strict hot and cold aisle setup
• Building access controlled by PAC (Proximity Access Control)
• CCTV recording throughout the building.
